•Personal time off, new employees will receive a generous 7.03 hours per pay period and a total of 28 calendar days. PTO increases as years served, with a potential of 11.67 after 6 years of service.

•Our clinic encourages its employee to get involved in our community, BFC has volunteer time-off policy that offers 40 hours per calendar year for employees to participate in local volunteer opportunities.
